Returns, Damaged Products, and Other Issues

At this time, all sales are final however, if you encounter any concerns with your order, please notify us within 3 days of recieving your order via email at Themelanink@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number along with a detailed description of the issue, and we'll be happy to assist you promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct to prevent any delivery issues.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, less any shipping charges.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your items upon receipt and notify us within 3 days of any damages.
  • Claims for damages made after 3 days will not be accepted.
